Extraction and disposal

Commercial pumping services

Extraction and disposal is a licensed activity. We coordinate it, schedule it with the line work, and make sure you get one visit rather than three.

Commercial properties accumulate liquid and semi-solid waste in more places than most owners realize: grease traps and interceptors, catch basin sumps, lift station wet wells, elevator and equipment pits, and trench drain sumps. Each has its own disposal requirements and its own paperwork.

We coordinate licensed pumping and disposal and pair it with the cleaning and camera work on the same visit. That matters practically, because a trap that gets pumped without its outlet line being jetted is a trap that will present the same symptoms again in a month.

Commercial pumping services

What gets pumped

  • Grease traps and in-ground interceptors
  • Catch basin and storm structure sumps
  • Lift station and ejector wet wells
  • Trench drain and equipment pit sumps
  • Septic tanks on commercial properties

Why we pair it with line work

  • Pumping alone leaves the outlet line untouched
  • One mobilization instead of two trip charges
  • One disruption window to your operation
  • One set of documentation covering both

Keep the manifests

Disposal documentation is what an inspector asks for, and it is what defends you if a discharge question ever arises. We provide it as a matter of course and would encourage you to file it rather than bin it.

Straight answers

Questions about pumping services

Do you do the hauling yourselves?

Extraction and disposal is licensed, so we coordinate it with a licensed hauler and handle all the cleaning, jetting and camera work. You deal with one point of contact and get one combined schedule.

How often does a grease trap need pumping?

Commonly when solids and grease reach a quarter of the trap depth, which for a busy kitchen can be monthly. Your local requirements may set a minimum frequency regardless of loading, and we will work to whichever is stricter.
