About Flamingo Drain
We are full-service plumbers whose specialty is drains and sewers. That is where the heavy equipment and most of our training goes, and it is why one call covers the blocked line and whatever turns out to be behind it.
The whole idea
Specialists on drains, plumbers for everything else
Most plumbing companies are ready for anything in a shallow way: water heaters, repipes, fixtures, gas, remodels, and somewhere near the back of the van, a small cable machine for when a drain blocks.
That is a perfectly good business. It also means that when your drain is the problem, the truck arriving carries one modest machine and a hope that your blockage is close and soft. If it is not, the visit becomes a diagnosis and the fix becomes a second trip on Thursday.
We went deeper instead. Every truck carries cable machines from 1.5 inch branch lines up to 6 inch mains, a jetter, a push camera and a locator. There is no scenario in residential or light commercial drain work where we have to go back for the right tool, and that single fact is where the speed comes from. Full plumbing capability rides along with it, so the job finishes on one visit.

Who we work for
Different customers, different needs
The technical work is the same everywhere. What changes is the scheduling, the documentation and who has to be convinced afterward.
Who we serve
Homeowners, businesses, portfolios and trades, and what each one actually needs from a drain company.

Two ways in
We are hiring technicians in Jacksonville, and we are talking to operators about territories elsewhere in the state. Both conversations start the same way, with an email.
The thing worth knowing before either: we do not run a commission structure on upsells. Technicians are not paid a percentage for talking someone into a jetting job on a line that needed twenty minutes of cable, which is what makes it possible to give people the honest answer.
No commission on unnecessary work
Nobody here earns more by selling you something you did not need.
The full equipment range on every truck
No driving back to the shop mid-job, no apologizing to a customer.
Rotated on-call
We run 24 hours, and the rotation is genuine rather than landing on the same person every weekend.
Paid training
Toward drain and sewer certification. Experience welcome, not essential.
What does not change
The same four things, for everyone
Flat rate, agreed first
In writing, before a tool leaves the truck. No hourly meter.
No after-hours surcharge
A 2am call costs what a 2pm call costs.
A warranty that means something
If a line we cleared blocks again in the window, we come back on us.
A camera, not a guess
Anything that has failed twice gets looked at, and you keep the footage.
One call, done properly
Put us to the test
Call and describe what has stopped. You will get a straight answer about what it probably is, what it will cost, and when we can be there.
