Water on the floor does not keep until Tuesday. We run 24 hours a day, and a 2am call is dispatched exactly like a 2pm call, at exactly the same rate.
When a drain fails at a bad hour, most companies do one of two things: they put you on a list for the morning, or they come out and charge you a premium for the privilege of having an emergency at an inconvenient time. We think both are a poor way to run a service business, so we do neither.
Dispatch answers the phone in person, day or night. You get a real arrival window before you hang up, and if we are going to miss it you get a phone call rather than silence. The technician arrives with cable machines, a jetter and a camera already loaded, so diagnosis and fix happen on the same visit instead of becoming a second trip later in the week.

Nights, weekends and holidays are priced identically to a Tuesday morning. The flat rate you are quoted is the flat rate you pay, and it does not move because of what the clock says.

How fast can you actually get here?
Our target is 90 minutes from your call anywhere in our service area. It is a target we hit most of the time rather than a guarantee we will pretend to make, because traffic and a truck already deep into another main line are both real. What we do guarantee is that you will know where you stand.
Is emergency service more expensive?
No. Same flat rate at any hour. We quote the job before work starts and the time of day is not a factor in that number.
